I don't remember when was the last time I updated, nor do I have any other downloaded installers in my computer. I currently have CCleaner version installed (not the most recent one, since I won't be using CCleaner anymore, but still a "fixed" version - that is, 5.34 or higher). Is it possible that it was still sitting somewhere else, even after being deleted by normal means? Could that be cause for concern? Because Windows Defender instantaneously quarantined the file after finding the threat, I'm assuming that there's no way to tell if that file was, in fact, still in my Downloads folder.
